Myrtle Beach is the kind of place where it's easy to fill an entire week. Start with a morning on the sand, walk the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, take in the ocean views from the SkyWheel, or spend an afternoon exploring Broadway at the Beach. Families can visit Ripley's Aquarium, play a round of mini golf, or grab dinner near the water before heading back out for the evening. With so much happening along the Grand Strand, there's always something else to see or do.
Charleston brings together the charm of a historic Southern town with some of South Carolina’s most beautiful beaches. Spend the morning on Folly Beach, where you can walk the pier, watch surfers, and grab lunch near the water, or head to Isle of Palms for a relaxing day on the sand with family and friends. For a quieter coastal escape, visit Sullivan’s Island, where wide beaches meet local history at landmarks like Fort Moultrie and the Sullivan’s Island Lighthouse. When you’re ready to explore Charleston’s historic side, wander past the colorful homes of Rainbow Row, walk along The Battery for views of Charleston Harbor, or stop by the Pineapple Fountain at Waterfront Park. Finish the day with Lowcountry seafood and a stroll through the historic streets. From laid-back island beaches to centuries of history, Charleston is a place where you can experience a little bit of everything that makes the South Carolina coast special
Head south of Myrtle Beach and you'll find a quieter stretch of the South Carolina coast. Spend the morning near the beach around Pawleys Island, stop for fresh seafood in Murrells Inlet, browse local shops, or simply leave some room in the day for whatever catches your attention. An LSV is a different vehicle classification from a traditional golf cart. Under South Carolina law, an LSV is a four-wheeled motor vehicle capable of more than 20 mph but no more than 25 mph and must meet additional requirements for road use. South Carolina generally permits qualifying LSVs on roads posted at 35 mph or less, although local governments can impose additional restrictions.
